Massage Therapy Treatments
*Please note that we do not offer direct billing at this time. You will pay for your treatment up front and receive a receipt with your therapist’s registration number on it that you can forward to your insurance provider. They will compensate you based on their rules/restrictions.
*E-transfer policy: All clients have 36 hours to send their etransfers, or to discuss payment needs with their practitioner. After 36 hours since the appointment start time, client's credit cards will be charged for the cost of their appointment, including the 2.4% credit card fee.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or no notice, will be charged 100% of the cost of the missed appointment. If you become ill leading up to your appointment and/or experience symptoms consistent with COVID-19, please call 8-1-1, then contact us to reschedule your appointment.

- D​irect billing is not accepted. You will receive a receipt after your treatment to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
- We accept exact cash, e-transfer, or credit card.
- A 2.4% processing fee is added to all credit card payments.
- To avoid this fee, please pay by exact cash or e-transfer to alexmayrrmt@gmail.com (no password required).
- E-transfers must be received within 36 hours of your appointment start time.
- If payment is not received within 36 hours, and no payment arrangements have been made, the credit card on file will be charged for the full treatment cost plus the 2.4% credit card processing fee.
